As an Operational Excellence Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of operational initiatives. You will lead cross-functional coordination, optimize internal processes, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the company’s core operational initiatives
- Prioritize and allocate tasks across internal teams and external partners
- Build and maintain systems to monitor performance and track progress (KPIs, meetings, processes, tools)
- Organize daily check-in/check-out meetings and prepare weekly progress reports
- Support onboarding and integration of new team members and partners
- Identify and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
- Proactively uncover risks, suggest process improvements, and drive optimization
Skills/Experience
- Minimum 3 years of project or operations management experience (bonus: startups, creative or fast-paced teams)
- Strong command of visual and digital tools for workflow and process management
- Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Analytical thinker with a keen eye for process inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
- Growth mindset with proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Highly adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
