We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to join the team and contribute in the development and implementation of a new online platform. The position is hybrid – with the option to work remotely, combined with presence in the office in Sofia. This is a key role in a long-term strategic project with significant growth potential.
Responsibilities
- You will be a key part of the team launching a new learning platform aimed at individual users;
- You will participate in marketing research to help determine topics and formats for training programs;
- You will work on building and developing the marketing strategy and be responsible for its execution;
- You will build and manage the brand and its presence across various channels – social media, owned platforms, paid advertising, events, email campaigns, partnerships, etc.;
- You will analyse campaign results and make data-driven decisions;
- You will create content and experiment with different approaches to find the most effective mix;
- You will have the freedom (and responsibility) to test new ideas, take initiative, and be actively involved in building something from the ground up;
Skills/Experience
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing and a desire to test new ideas and formats;
- Strategic thinking skills;
- Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting end-users (B2C);
- You enjoy experimenting and trying out different areas of the digital marketing – creating content, visuals, messaging, and seeing real results from your work;
- Willingness to experiment with different channels and formats (email, social media, PR, PPC, SEO, etc.);
- You analyse data and use insights to improve results;
