We are seeking a Customers & Operations Specialist with German language skills for our client, a leading German product company in their field.
Responsibilities
- Independently process incoming TV advertising data.
- Address customer inquiries and support account management for existing customers.
- Ensure quality assurance for customer reports and results.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Skills/Experience
- Proficient in both German and English.
- Demonstrates a strong interest in tasks and approaches challenges with a self-motivated and positive attitude.
- Possesses analytical skills and communicates clearly with a focus on results.
- Works precisely and maintains high quality standards.
- Shows a strong willingness to perform and learn.
- Is comfortable with standard MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
