We are seeking a Property Management Back Office professional for our client, a leading MDAX company in the real estate market in Germany.

Responsibilities
- Manage property documentation for retail spaces for rent, including contracts, payments, and invoices.
- Review and process incoming invoices, ensuring timely approvals and payments.
- Maintain tenant contracts and property records in SAP.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries related to leases, payments, and property maintenance.
- Coordinate with service providers, utility companies, and contractors to meet property needs.
- Organize and oversee the scheduling of property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Skills/Experience
- A degree in real estate or a comparable qualification.
- Previous experience in property management or back-office roles, preferably within the real estate or commercial property sector.
- Excellent knowledge of German is required; a good knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in general administrative tasks and MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with property management systems such as SAP or similar software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
